We had already announced that the band will be part of the coming season, but now that the airing date is around the corner, and since the launch/press conference has taken place, it’s time to build some hype!
For starters, this season noori brothers will be accompanied with their parents! Ali Kazim, their father, is joining them on vocals, and their mother, Noor Zehra is on the Saagar Veena, an instrument developed by her father, Raza Kazim.
What exactly this family of musicians has to showcase will still remain a surprise until it is officially aired on Coke Studio itself.
Not only this, there will be few other surprises in store as well, both within and outside of Coke Studio. So keep visiting this space - since we have already mentioned, 2010 is going to be the year of noori!
The 3rd Season of Coke Studio is set to launch on the 6th of June and, as always, will air one episode per fortnight. You can also visit the official CS site for detailed information.
