soo guyss we still ahvent discussed kee wat the title actually meanS!!!!!!!1 soooo yahan koii haii jiss koo pataa hoo wat itt means?? hmm me askedd me uncle n hes like thiss is a lucknow phhrasee uss se zaidaa mujheyy aurr kuch nahi bataayaa and btw its peeli patti as in leaves not pati( a strap) !!! hmm tht alsoo i figuredd outt by talkin too my unclee ny onee knowss ny thingg else too the title?? too plzz batana

As far as I know, Peeli Patti and Raja Jani are supposed to be 'pan'-related terms.

PATTI is also used for a leaf!
maybe its Peeli Patti [ yellow leaf ]
I think its the concept that The fresh leaf is GREEN in colour and in Autumns, it turns into a YELLOW LEAF
SKMHJ was an ERA of Green Leaf
PPRJKGD could be an ERA of YELLOW LEAF

actually the good tobacco leaf is yellow in color....
so dats why its named peeli patti
and raja jaani is sellin nuthin oder den paans...

We cant really guess what the whole phrase means but both Peeli Patti and Raja Jaani are kinds of Paans. Peeli Patti is a kind of meetha paan with less amount of tambakoo while Raja Jaani is a very stronngg paan with lot of tambakoo in it. Its the closest u can get to chewing hash.

Ofcourse Noori doesnt mean it in the literal sense!! I am sure theres a reason , a theory or a story behind the title of the album which means more than just endorsing some PAANZ!!

name of the album is wierd like the name of a book! any way names are sometimes not supposed to mean anytihing example ...supposed former infatuated junkie...was the title of alanis morsette ki album....now what does that mean!!!!
