this topic has been discussed before if the old members remember n e thing *knock knock!*
well, whatt can i say, the tables have certainly turned on my side! the older generation seems to start hating the whole band......n e reasons? the bands too fast paced of hyper for them t otake....too much shor sharaba? or is it that their children have become so hyped over the mthat there sick of the whole thing all together.....whats it with u guys lol.....my parents are totally in hate with the band ( i know in hate is no such thing in present english rules, but ah i derived it outa in love , forgiveness)
emm is that like with u ppl toooo ? just me...the curious cat ;)would like to know!

| well my parentz dun reli hate the band..its jus the hype ive created they find annoying...but mostly my brother..cant stand these guyz!! BUT I LOVE NOORI NO MATTER WHAT!! |

| initaily my mom totally hated noori and the only song of theirs she could bear was manwa re but now that im constantly talking about them and listening to them ive sort of made noori music grow on to her and she thinks their ok now |

my mom claims that every time she switched on IM, she saw Noori and ONLY noori and that brought tears in her eyes while i was in states, coz aparently noori reminded her o me  . so she doesnt "hate" the band as such but definitely blames them for her misery . |

My parents don't really like them, cuz they have "bad lyrics" and the they're "too loud" in addition to "copying the western type of music"...They get a headache whenever I put them on...Whatever, I've converted a lot of ppl to noorifans...lol...It's all for a good cause... ;)

lol lyrics hee toh achey hain......cos i was lisning to noori n my dad actually decided to stand for a minute n lisen n he said " i bet that flew over yr head" n i was like " yep:D"
i guess cos there too loud fer em and theyve been given a bit too much publicity and the grown ups cant figure out why that is lol....
lol rara avis meray ghar bhee yehee haal hai.....i put em on n i hear three voices
one my dad saying ZARA BAS KURDO!
secondly ami saying SIRAF TUMHARI WAJJA SE SUR DURD MERE SHUROO HOGI HAI
and thridly my sister saying NOT AGAIIIIIN!
so scene merey ghar kafi khurab hai concerning noori......they cant even lisen to manwa re ne more cos according to my mum raat ko bhee lugta hai dimaagh mein dhol bujra hai.....ah...:( |

well...my dad simply hates noori....i think the reason is the same that OLD PPL DONT LIKE SHOR SHARABA THING...(but i dont call it shor sharaba )
my mom likes their songs very much and agar mein college gaye hon ya ghar par na hon aur NOORI ka koi interview shinterview ya AD SHAD aye to record kar ke rakhti hain mere liye!!!!

my mom is like mere itna sunnay se and laways sayign noori yeh noori woh.. she likes them...
but suimtes bahut hi ghussay mein ake bol deti hein botu their lambe lambe bal lolz.. :p
and my dad iz liek.. koi baat nahin enjoy kero..
iss age meinto sab hi aise kerte hein..

| I dunno if my dad even knows that noori exists as a band...but he sure knows that 'noori' is 'something', cuz he's seen my bookmark with noori written on it in bold, he couldn't have missed that! As for my mom, she hates noori with all her heart, the only person who is as crazy about it as I am, is prolly this gurl i know, i introduced her too noori's music, and ever since she hasn't been able to recover..haha.Prolly my aunt, she's in love with munware...it's a good thing she hasn't heard the rest of the songs...they're too much for her delicate ears! |

| Wow.. I'm so lucky I dont have the situation as everybody else here! My parents don't hate Noori..They even bought themselves a copy of the album after listening to the CD I had.. They like them even more because of their down to earth personality; I mentioned sometime before that Ali Hamza and Gumby treated my parents and me to a dinner... And when my parents bought tickets to the 17th January concert, Ali Noor kept telling my dad why did they do this..its so expensive and they could've asked the band itself to get them in free... Hamza even gave 2 tickets for my parents to come in the Islamabad club concert.. My mom has learnt almost all the songs by heart..hehe |
