When you're in the middle of achieving your goals there comes a point when you're totally lost, you don't know how you're going to carry this forward, you don't know where it will take you. Neend Aye Na is about all those feelings, emotions, and hardships that you encounter along the way.
The Video
This video was shot entirely in Dubai by the ARY team who were with noori and filming them throughout their stay. The band decided to document their first ever international tour and the strenuous yet absolutely amazing time they had in three days in Dubai with virtually no sleep whatsoever. The bulk of the video is taken from the concert that brought in around forty thousand people. Since the rest of the tour was spent in either going to the ARY studios or coming back from it the band opted to primarily use the concert footage for the video which was edited by Jafri.

| thats the third song that all non-noori pals of mine love, they really like this one and listen to it over and over againg, and to me this is the best song of the album, all music and lyrics and vocals are great |

This was truly my favorite song in this album, ruined with a bizarre video. The song's title is Neend Aaye Na so let's show the band walking around in the dark since they're not sleepy. I suppose if this literalness is to prevail over videos from now on, we'll be seeing the amnesia ward in the Hum Bhoolay video and someone stuck in a car with failing brakes in the Mujhay Roko video?
Let's review: Tum Hans Diyay was a video based around the band performing. The next video, Jaana Tha Humnay, focuses the band perfoming again. Next, Gaana #1. Yup, more band performing. You know what the public wants after three performance oriented videos? Dil Ki Qasam, a LIVE band performance. What to do next? I know! ANOTHER video with the band and a group of kids performing! Why is the reaction so bad to our videos? Beats me, the fans are just too picky, I guess. Yes, you're right, we'll win them over with... Band performance... wait for it... in Dubai! I wonder what went wrong here? It may sound rather bit-chy, but it's the truth. How can the band not see that people do not want more videos in which the band performs? |

Yes, this song is THE BEST on Album. Its even better than DPS, better than Hum Bhoolay. And it was sickening to see the treatment meted out to the video of this song. I Hate to say it, if a video cannot compliment the song, dont tinker with it for heaven's sake. In these times, people remember a song more for its visual aspect than audio ones. I ll give example of Waqt, its truly THE SONG from Irtiqa, and the video does complete justice to it. While making a song, compiling it on the album, it must be evident to guage which song is BETTER than others and which one takes the cake. Apt treatment shud have been taken while making video.
I cudnt help but whine in this post about poor quality of video for this song, but the fact is this song is VERY close to my heart , and i love the lyrical content, among most mature and provoking lyrics, with absolutely cracker of composition. Cant find any flaw, and it takes the listener deep with it. 10 out of 10 Song ... !! |

Certainly the best and the heaviest of all noori songs which was ruined by the vdo.Any how i understand band feelings of their dubai tour and i considers it to be legal.

| agreed wid everything, the part "sun ley sada aey khuda mera dil abb tanha roey haan" iskay baad wala part on guitars is ma fav in da album i mean wid many other but superb stuff here in this song too the lyrics do kinda take u towards urlife and u can sort of view what is supposed tobe conveyed thruthe wonderful lyrics......atleast if u listen to the songs like i do.... |

a song with a message as strong and as deep as this has been wasted with dubai shots

| I didn like the vdo at all..tour-de-dubai...huh...song was far better but after vdo..I have stopped hearing it...guyz next time get a nice vdo plzz...something simple like manware would do..no need to get into glamour.. |

LOL misha! i don't believe the concept of the video was meant to be so...verbatim, it portrays noori in a different light, offers a behind-the-scenes perspective, and the difficulties of being popular, full-time performing artists.
yeah, one wonders why noori just doesn't get it, but i recall noor mentioning that the whole conceptual, abstract, transcendental approach isn't quite their thing. so what's left? performances, and that results in milking every possible concert-oriented situation, with a slight tweaking of the details.
"skmhj": anticipation of concert, band performance.
"gana no. 1": exclusive band performance.
"thd": girls, band performance.
"jana tha hum ne": crowd, band performance.
"dil ki qasam": live band performance.
"neend aye na": dubai, laboriousness of touring, band performance.

my second most favorite track from the album ... unfortunately, the vdo ruined the concept which comes to mind when i listen to it but still its on my playlist alongwith hum bhoolay .. vocals are fine but cud have been better specially at parts where ali noor is like "MAANAY NAA" or "JAANAY NAA"
about video, i really want to know why the band chose the wrong song for showing their dubai tour ... i think DIL BOLEY wud have been a better choice but anyway, lets hope noori comes up with some fine vdo of Hum Bhoolay |

| Hmm one thing i am amazed abt is how all my frnds who dont love noori,but love this song.I guess thats wat special abt it.It just grows on u...and that way it grew on me.Ive always loved the way ali noor sounds when hes singing it however the vdo was a slight dissapointment....i mean im sure noori can spend a lot more than that on vdos.Kher...the lyrics are superb....its one of my fav songs from the album... |

| this song totally rocks.i just luv this song in the whole album n even my frndz have named this song like hina,z song neend aye na coz i m all time singin it.the best song in the whole album.but to be very honest,the video i never expected such kinda video for this awesome song.like i thought bohut classic n zabardast video hogi but its the same like other noori videos.haan dubai clips achey they leikin the concert part i didn't like.otherwise dubai clips n the way noori comin out of the hotel room n modeling and travellin in car,lookin tired,sleepin that all clips do match the song .but the song is really very nice .if i have to introduce noori in front of some one,i start singin this song . every one appriciates. |

i dont know anybody who doesnt like this song...its just amazing..dunno how noori came up with it seriously..i love the beat the guitars..n also the whole idea behind the song..
