It's been one year since the Nooriworld forums were relaunched - October 21st, 2003, to be exact.
During the course of the year, the forum members have contributed to the forum in a really positive manner. Soon after the relaunch, the NW forums became one of the hottest places on the web and we have all of you to thank for it! This place would be nothing without all the members' dedication. Thank you for your time and input and for sticking with us through the good and not-so-good times.
Recently we've had to say goodbye to our Admin, Salma Jafri. We'll all miss her greatly; its because of her professionalism and commitment to the forums that have ensured its smooth running. However, we'd now like to give a very warm welcome to our new Administrator. I'm sure the forums will continue to be a place for wholesome discussion.
Its been a pleasure moderating and despite the odd outbursts of anger from a few, i can safely say we've all received a lot of respect from the forum members, so on behalf of us all, i'd like to say a big thankyou to all of you guys!  Looking forward to another great year with you all! |

Wow! Has it been a year already? Time surely flew by... It seems like only yesterday when I registered here, and here we are announcing the forum's first anniversary.
We really spent some great times here, and made some even better friends. The mods, the forum members... they're all a pleasure to have around as part of this small community of our own.
Would really like to thank Salma here for making this one of the best discussion forums around. It was really a pleasure working under her.
Welcome to the new Administrator. Looking forward to spending some more wonderful time here.
And last but not the least... we'd like to thank noori of course... had it not been for them, there wouldn't be any NW forum!  |

Woooo! A Whole Year!
Heartiest Congratulations to the Adminstrator and the Mods on the First Anniversary of the nooriworld forums.
The past one year at this forum has been great for me, I've learnt a lot from this forum( Im thankful to the forum members for that) and I've made real good friends too! and I really hope the following years will be even better than this one InshAllah.
I'd like to take this opportunity to Appreciate the efforts of the Ex-Admin and All the mods here.They've all been doing a wonderful job and its due to their efforts that NW forum is surely the "Most well maintained" forum of its kind.
Cheers for the Ex-admin, The Mods and for the new Adminstrator as well and Best of luck!

Seriously! I didnt even know that its been one year already! Didnt keep track of time! But i guess when one is having fun, he/she doesnt want to!
So moderating nooriforum has been nothing but fun for me! Thanks to salma, aqida, danya , zaynab and how could i forget, all of you, the forum members!
I hope you all continue to post the way you guyz do, and help us make this forum a better place, each day!

Yaaay! Its not just NW thats a year old, but all of us that've participated to make it exist.
I still remember when the site was introduced in this tiny writing at the bottom of the Gana#1 video..and I'd visitied it immediately, it wasn't even launched properly then, but I was glad I'd been to it. :)

Hmm ...Ooo00000h I've been lurking on the Forums for a year ....and look @ my pitiful post count! Sheesh I'm trying to remember just when I had 150 posts.
I feel I have made a few friends, eventhough I may have alienated some because of reasons best known to them :( . Nevertheless Ive enjoyed every minute of logging on here and sharing my views with everyone.
Very Very special thanks to the mod squad for their kindness, wise posts & willingness to help others (and making sure that fans like me dont get banned from the forum ).
