Even if a band is copying a song, there is a limit to it, and so every so-called copied song has SOME originality to it (unless of course it's a complete rip off like Sajjad Ali's Babia and Khaled's Didi).
Even if E.P. and noori or any other band is copying something, try to look for the positives! We, every other person who participates in these music discussion forums, have taken up the habbit of looking for negative aspects of every other band. We have noori fans saying E.P.
copied so and so... and we have E.P. fans saying noori copied so and so. For a change, try appreciating someone!!
The example n4noman gave above... well, if the music is copied, at least the lyrics are original. I think E.P's lyrics are very much worth appreciating, they are a lot better than those of many other bands out there. And even COPYING music is not much of an easy task. You need to specialize in an instrument even to be able to copy something.
If all this 'copied' stuff really bothers all of you, I suggest either you stop listening to it... or you create something original of your own! In either case... I think I speak on behalf of all our musicians out there... just keep your mouth shut.
P.S. I'm sorry if I sounded rude to anyone. My post was not directed to anyone in specific. I've been going through these discussion forums since almost a year or so and I am just sick and tired of our musicians NEVER being appreciated (other than every person's respectiva 'FAVORITE' bands). |

| hahaha well i think this topic or something kind a this topichave been discussed in the past as well anywayz yea ep copies n noori too so wat we like them thts all matters aur haaan everyone do get inspire to someone n in tht way suppose haan tht im inspired by noori n i like their music alot so i will listen to them day n night n doin so it'll deffinately gonna effect my compositions or lyrics like noori n when ill make my music then other ppl can get a feeling like ive given a noori touch in my songs so its natural yaar..........(waise i dun copy any band haan neither noori) |
