imtisal, this event should be received VERY well, but i suggest you post it in the den forum for more exposure and feedback, maybe even some sponsor info.
to contact noori, your best bet will be through the admin at [email protected]. in fact, the admin posted an outline for those seriously interested in organizing concerts. here it is:

However, a word of advice before you send that mail! Please make sure that you have some idea about what you want to do. In general you should at least be able to include some or all of the following items in your e-mail:
1. Describe who you are (e.g. an event mgmt firm, a student, etc)
2. What are your venue options?
3. How do you intend to raise the money for the concert?
4. How may people will form the core organizing committee?
5. Will it be a solo noori performance or are you thinking of inviting some other artists as well?
6. Will the concert be commemorating a special event?
7. What resources are at your command?
There are many more issues that will come up of course, but these are good enough for starters. You may of course ask your own questions and get advice about arranging a noori concert from our manager, who you can write to at the above e-mail address.
